Networking for Artists Podcast Recording Available Here

Networking for Artists Is a Powerful Tool.

The Networking Podcast Recording Is Live — Tell Your Friends!

The Networking for Artists Hangout with Jason Horejs went very well. There were lots of great questions. As always, there is a recording, which you can watch right here.
Networking for Artists

Join Jason Horejs, owner of Xanadu Gallery, and me for a free podcast on networking for artists. We’ll talk about how any artist can use networking techniques to target their best prospects.

Blindly sending out messages to strangers, or just working on getting Facebook friends and Twitter followers without a strategy is not the best use of the limited time any artist has to do marketing.

I Get By with a Little Help from My Friends

One of best Beatles’ songs ever was “I Get by with a Little Help from My Friends”. It is a great metaphor for thinking about how you can use networking to propel your career. Every successful artist has been helped along the way by benefactors. You do not have to wait for them to find you when you can work at finding them.

Learn New Ways You Can Use to Become Known to Your Best Prospects

Discover how to identify patrons who can help your career, and how to network through your contacts to get a introduction to them. Learn easy, effective ways to ask for help in reaching those who can help further your career.

  1. I would so very much like to attend this, for it sounds as though it’s just what I need at this point in my career. Unfortunately, I have another obligation at the time of the podcast. Will it by chance be recorded so that I and others will be able to listen at another time?

  2. Thanks Barney

Kaye, facing you fears and overcoming them is how you get stronger and better. Take small, but sure steps in approaching the task at hand. Think it through so you understand the worst that can happen. If the end result does not cause loss of life, limbs or bankruptcy, then you can realize your fears are unfounded.

  5. 21st century networking is simple – create a brand – type in jGibney on your iphone – instantly the person i’m shearing with can see what i do and the more than 126,000 products that i have created – because i care i share – i am dedicated to encouraging all artist from the youngest to the oldest around the world – everyone is an artist and i want everyone to discover their art – art captures the soul of the artist, the art and the viewer
